Elastic filler screens are made from several varieties of polyolefins and polyamides that are resistant to corrosion, temperature, and aging. They are blended with hydrophilic, adsorption, and anti-thermal oxidation additives. A special spinning and yarn tufting process is used, intertwining the yarns with a central rope that is resistant to corrosion and high in strength. Due to the superior material selection and process formula, the yarns are moderately flexible and rigid, forming a three-dimensional, uniform radiation arrangement. This creates individual units of suspended three-dimensional elastic fillers. The fillers can uniformly spread and cover the effective area, allowing for complete mixing and contact exchange of air, water, and biofilms. The biofilm can not only uniformly adhere to each yarn while maintaining good activity and porosity variability but also achieve a large specific surface area during operation.
