Vibration aeration blowers are of the flexible diaphragm type. Each blower is composed of a corrosion-resistant, high-strength nylon engineering plastic base, injection-molded under high pressure, and a long-lasting special synthetic rubber diaphragm. The lower part of the blower components features an air exhaust port for anti-scaling purposes, which can automatically clean between the diaphragm and base. The baffles on the base ensure uniform distribution of air around the area. The diaphragm is designed with a true check valve function to minimize debris and liquid entering the air pipeline when the airflow stops. The projections on the base fit with the special-shaped grooves on the diaphragm to reduce wear from high-pressure air. All the cross lines on the base have appropriate radii to eliminate fatigue and stress fractures under all operating loads.
