The HJC Single-Hole Membrane Aerator is a new aeration and oxygenation device composed of upper and lower tube clamps made from ABS material and matched rubber membrane sheets. In the biofilter process, the single-hole membrane aerator meets the sufficient and stable oxygen requirements of the microorganisms on the filter material by forcibly transporting high-velocity air to the filter material layer. The uniform distribution and stable air volume throughout the filter pool interior enhance the system's organic load requirements. Product features: An innovative upper and lower tube clamp interlocking connection method, which greatly facilitates installation; individual aerators can be freely assembled and disassembled without the need to cut the air supply pipeline. The overall structural design is robust, avoiding damage during multiple transportations. The air outlet of the upper tube clamp lacks ridges or valleys, thus avoiding the impact of accumulated filter material on the membrane sheet tension.
