The automatic control system for logistics conveying lines primarily utilizes PLC control technology to ensure the system follows production instructions. Through its automatic identification function and conveying line system, it automatically and flexibly transports production materials from trays at optimal paths and speeds from one location to another in the production area. This accomplishes the spatial and temporal transfer of production materials, guaranteeing the coordinated and rapid changes in the production of various products as needed. It ensures the efficient operation of factory equipment and production. During this process, optimal path control becomes the technical key of the logistics automatic control system, with other system components working accordingly around the path control.
At each entry point of the conveying line, operators, following the production schedule, load materials into different tray boxes by category and then input the barcodes of these tray boxes into the production management system via handheld barcode laser scanners. The production management system, upon receiving each tray box barcode, immediately generates a production order for the tray box based on the production scheduling plan and places it into the production order sheet for the logistics automatic control system to retrieve. Each production instruction consists of three components: the barcode code on the tray box, the entry and exit positions of the tray box on the conveying line.
