Airlock

Airlock transfer windows are auxiliary equipment in cleanrooms, primarily used for the transfer of small items between clean zones and non-clean zones to minimize the number of times cleanroom doors are opened and reduce the level of contamination. To minimize the large amount of dust particles caused by the movement of goods, the clean airflow filtered by an efficient air filter is jetted from all directions by a rotatable nozzle onto the goods, effectively and rapidly removing dust particles, which are then recirculated back to the wind shower area after being filtered again by primary and high-efficiency filters. To achieve the desired blowing effect, the air velocity at the outlet of the mechanical interlocked transfer window exceeds 17 m/s.
