[Summary]The primary difference between the corporate energy supply pre-payment system and the residential energy supply pre-payment system lies in the former's exceptionally high safety and reliability requirements; a sudden interruption in energy supply to critical departments can easily trigger accidents. In response to the safety and reliability demands of corporate energy supply, an IC card pre-payment system has been developed. A complete energy pre-payment system consists of a card issuing and manufacturing subsystem, an energy metering subsystem, a pre-payment control subsystem, a pre-payment monitoring subsystem, and the transmission media between these subsystems. The pre-payment control subsystem includes IC card readers, pre-payment controllers, control valves, and auxiliary equipment. The software of the card issuing and manufacturing subsystem should include operator password verification (overall view), permission management, corporate档案 management, IC card initialization, IC card recharge, and operation trace inquiry. The energy pre-payment system integrates three major functions: energy metering, data collection, and energy supply control, achieving the functions of energy metering, timely data transmission, and power shutdown for non-payment. This system has been widely used in energy supply areas and has received positive feedback from users.
