Suitable for users in various industries such as public buildings, industrial buildings, residential buildings, etc., for operation monitoring and control management of power supply systems at voltage levels of 35kV and below.

System Structure:

System Features:

1) Real-time monitoring

Remote measurements include electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and electrical energy, as well as temperature values of electrical nodes within high and low voltage cabinets.

Alarm signals include the warning signals from microcomputer protective devices, protective tripping signals, and abnormal device signals, as well as arc protection action signals, node temperature warnings, and equipment communication anomaly alarms.

The remote signal quantity includes the opening and closing status of circuit breakers, handcars, isolators, load switches, and ground switches within the medium-voltage switchgear, the link status of the arc detection probes inside the cabinet, the spring energy storage status of the circuit breakers, as well as the remote and local control status.

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System provides a clear display of a single system diagram, and it shows real-time measurements, remote signals, and alarm signals for each voltage level and circuit.

2) Electrical Parameter Inquiry

The Acrel-1000 Comprehensive Automation Monitoring System allows for direct viewing of detailed electrical parameters of the circuit in the primary distribution diagram. The interface also presents the three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, and electrical energy in a more intuitive bar graph format.

3) Curve Query

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System allows direct viewing of various electrical parameter curves on the curve query interface, including three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, and temperature curves. It also provides statistics for the maximum values, their occurrence times, minimum values, their occurrence times, and average values within the curve query range.

4) Operation Reports

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System allows for querying operating parameters of individual loops or equipment. The report should include: phase currents, three-phase voltages, total power factor, total active power, total reactive power, active energy in the forward direction, temperature values, etc. Queries, exports, and prints can be done in daily, monthly, or yearly formats.

5) Real-time Alerts

The Acrel-1000 integrated automation monitoring system features real-time alerting capabilities, enabling the system to issue alerts for events such as remote signaling changes in distribution circuit circuit breakers, disconnect switches, grounding operations, and protection actions, as well as accident tripping.

1. Element Alert

2. Pop-up Event Alert Window

3. Real-time voice function, the system can issue voice alarms for all events.

4. SMS Alerts - Send alert messages to a mobile number (cat required as an option).

5. Phone Alarm, can make phone calls (requires optional voice box).

6. Audio-Visual Alarm

6) Historical Event Inquiry

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System can store and manage records of events such as remote signal changes, protection actions, fault trips, and overlimits of voltage, current, power, and power factor. It facilitates users in tracing historical events, conducting queries, statistics, and accident analysis. Events can be searched and sorted by time, type, and equipment.

7) Electrical Energy Statistics Report

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System features a scheduled meter reading and aggregation function. Users can freely inquire about the power consumption of each distribution node at any time period since the system has been operating normally, i.e., the total power consumption of the incoming line at that node and the power consumption of each branch circuit.

8) Switching Count Statistics Report

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System features a function for counting the number of times switches are turned on and off. Users can freely query the daily, monthly on/off counts, on/off times, and disconnection times for each switch since the system has been operating normally.

9) User Access Management

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System is equipped with user permission management to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. User permission management prevents unauthorized operations (such as remote controls, database modifications, etc.). Different levels of user login names, passwords, and operational permissions can be defined, providing reliable security for system operation, maintenance, and management.

10) Power Quality Monitoring

Real-time monitoring of power quality for the main supply lines and key outgoing line circuits, including steady-state data monitoring, transient data monitoring, and fault waveform analysis. Real-time monitoring of voltage deviation, frequency deviation, unbalanced three-phase voltage, unbalanced three-phase current, harmonic voltages from 2 to 63 times, harmonic currents from 2 to 63 times, inter-harmonic voltages between 0.5 and 63.5 times, inter-harmonic currents between 0.5 and 63.5 times, harmonic power, and harmonic distortion rate, with harmonic analysis presented in bar graphs.

Monitor voltage fluctuations and flickers, voltage sags/swells, and short-term interruptions in critical circuits, record events in real-time and capture fault waveforms. This provides data sources for power quality analysis and treatment. Take timely measures to enhance the reliability of the distribution system and reduce the occurrence of power supply accidents caused by harmonics.

11) Remote Control

The Acrel-1000 integrated automation monitoring system allows for remote control operations of equipment within the entire power distribution system range. For instance, maintenance personnel of the power distribution system can access the remote control interface by clicking on the corresponding circuit breaker remote signal point on the main interface of the monitoring system, enabling timely execution of dispatching system or on-site operation commands.

12) Fault Recording

The Acrel-1000 comprehensive automation monitoring system can automatically and accurately record changes in various electrical quantities before and after system failures. Through analysis and comparison of these electrical quantities, it plays a crucial role in analyzing accidents, determining whether protective actions are correctly executed, and enhancing the safe operation level of the power system.

13) Incident Memoir

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System automatically records all real-time steady-state information before and after an accident, including switch positions, protection action status, remote measurements, etc., to form a data foundation for accident analysis.

14) False Lockout Function

The Acrel-1000 integrated automation monitoring system establishes a communication protocol link with the five-protection software system. When a device requires remote control operation, the five-protection software first assesses the five-protection rules. Once approved, it sends an unlock command to the automation monitoring backend, which then performs the remote control operation. The five-protection software can simulate the remote control steps to create an operation ticket.

15) Communication Management

The Acrel-1000 Integrated Automation Monitoring System manages, controls, and monitors real-time data communication of equipment within the entire power distribution system range. It allows for viewing communication and data packets of a specific device.

Can facilitate communication and data forwarding with various intelligent electronic devices, including microcomputer protection, power meters, intelligent control, DC screens, analog screens, five prevention systems, and dispatching, etc.
