150-Type Pressure Spray Dryer
The 150 model pressure spray dryer is a unit capable of simultaneously performing drying and granulation. The pressure, flow rate, and size of the spray nozzle of the material pump can be adjusted according to process requirements, resulting in spherical particles of the desired size and proportion.
Working Principle
The unit operates by feeding the material-liquid through a diaphragm pump at high pressure, which then sprays it out as mist droplets. These droplets are carried down with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected at the discharge outlet at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and fine powder are separated by a cyclone separator, with the waste gas exhausted by a blower and the powder collected by a feeding tube at the bottom of the separator. An additional secondary dust removal device can be installed at the blower outlet, achieving a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
Performance Features
High drying speed, the surface area of the liquid is significantly increased after atomization. In the hot air stream, 95% to 98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying process only takes a few seconds to a few tens of seconds, particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
All products are spherical granules with uniform particle size, good fluidity, excellent solubility, high purity, and superior quality.
Wide range of applications; adaptable to materials, can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air.
Simple and stable operation, easy to control, and easily automated.
