REACH testing is a chemical assessment, implemented under the EU Parliament and Council's regulations on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals (REACH), to proactively manage all chemicals entering the EU market. The testing of SVHC substances in certification regulations mandates that the total content of these harmful substances be below 0.1%.
