The TSG4100A series RF signal generators feature both analog and more advanced vector and digital modulation capabilities, with extremely low power consumption. Engineers can easily switch from analog to vector signals, offering highly flexible configurations and CAPEX protection. These RF signal generators are built-in with support for common vector modulation schemes, including ASK, QPSK, DQPSK, π/4 DQPSK, 8PSK, FSK, CPM, QAM (4 to 256), 8VSB, and 16VSB.

TSG4100A series instruments utilize a SC oscillator with a controlled oven for crystal cutting, achieving a 100x improvement in stability (±0.002ppm). Compared to instruments using TCXO oscillators, near-field phase noise is reduced by 100x. It also offers exceptional timekeeping for R&D applications (±0.05ppm).
