2. Thread the safety rope of the electric basket through the safety lock and hang the counterweight. Start the hoist motor, insert the steel wire rope into the hoist, and the rope end should automatically come out of the rope outlet.
3. 4. Assemble the hoist basket according to the diagram. The counterweight iron should be sufficient in weight. The torque at the counterweight end should be three times that of the electric hoist end (force × lever arm = torque). All connections should be firm and reliable.
5. After assembly, the electric hoist basket should adjust the distance between the lifting rope and the safety lock. Move the safety lock to achieve a tilt of 6° to 8° for the basket, until the safety lock can securely lock the safety rope.
