Application:
This product exhibits excellent stability against light, oxygen, ozone, and heat, making it suitable as a light stabilizer for polypropylene and widely used as an ozone and light stabilizer for synthetic rubbers. It is used as an antioxidant in chlorinated butyl rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber. In chlorinated butyl rubber, it enhances the heat resistance of the rubber compound, reduces discoloration under sunlight, and slightly delays the curing process. It also serves as a heat stabilizer in chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber compounds cured with metal oxides. Our factory's technological advancements have resolved the issue of agglomeration during storage, resulting in improved protective effects and extended anti-aging time.

Usage Amount:

  General usage in chloroprene rubber is 1-2 parts.

0.5-3 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene rubber (for reference only; actual usage should be based on test results)
 
Packing and Storage Transportation:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per package.
