4. The owner of a scrapped truck may apply for cancellation registration at the relevant authorities of the truck's registered location, upon presenting the "Scrap Truck Recycling Certificate."
5. Waste truck recycling companies shall register each recycled waste truck individually. Waste truck recycling companies are prohibited from dismantling, modifying, assembling, or selling any truck with criminal suspicion, including its "5 major components" and other spare parts. The "5 major components" refer to the engine, front and rear axles, transmission, steering gear, and frame removed from the waste truck.
6. No entity or individual may sell, gift, or otherwise transfer dismantled trucks to any unit or individual other than a dismantled truck recycling company; self-dismantling of dismantled trucks is prohibited.
Based on relevant experience, over 90% of the various regenerative resources from trucks can be recycled. The recycling rate for materials like glass and plastic also exceeds 50%.
