Gas Manifold - Bilateral gas manifold, manual gas manifold, manual dual-path gas manifold
Manual manifold: Simple operation, but requires manual gas switching; managers need to estimate the switching time based on actual oxygen consumption with experience. Currently, all are of the double-sided type. The double-sided gas manifold divides multiple gas cylinders into two groups. When one group of gas is exhausted, the manager manually switches; closes the gas valves on one side (including cylinder valves and manifold main valve) while opening the gas valves on the other side.
Manual busbar
Semi-automatic manifold: This manifold features a dual gas source structure with both main supply gas bottles and auxiliary gas bottles. The pressure regulators for the main supply and auxiliary gas bottles are set differently. When the pressure of the main supply gas bottles drops to the set pressure, the system automatically switches to the auxiliary gas bottles for gas supply.
Semi-automatic Busbar
Fully Automatic Busbar: Achieves automated control, with a higher price point. Commonly used in applications with high oxygen demand or modular oxygen supply stations. It comes equipped with gas monitoring and alarm devices. When the pressure of the oxygen cylinder group falls below the set value, the grade valves will automatically close and trigger an alarm to notify the on-duty staff. The main valve will also automatically switch to ensure continuous oxygen supply.
