Rebar Rust Removal Machine
Enhanced due to improper storage or prolonged exposure, steel reinforcement is susceptible to dampness and rust. In the early stages of rust, the surface of the steel reinforcement appears brown, also known as rust, iron rust, or water stain. This water must be removed, not only near the joints but generally without treatment. However, as the rust progresses further, the surface layer of stainless steel is hammered or bumped, causing visible peeling. The rust, if not addressed, can affect the bonding strength between steel and concrete. Specific needs for continuous development must be cleared in three aspects: 1) manual rust removal using wire brushes, sand blocks, sand bags, sand pans, etc.; 2) mechanical removal of scale; 3) although rusting can occur during other stainless steel processing operations, such as during cold drawing and straightening processes.
