Hoist Gate Operation Procedure

One, the operation of the hoist gate opening and closing machine must be announced by the unit leader. Unauthorized operation without prior scheduling will result in strict investigation of the responsibilities of the relevant personnel.

Employees not from this company are strictly prohibited from operating the opening and closing machines and related equipment.

Operational personnel must be familiar with the procedures, maintain focused thinking, remain vigilant at their posts, and enhance monitoring. During the opening and closing process, operators should prioritize safety.

Before starting or stopping the machine, check the position of the screw, and ensure there are no abnormalities with the motor, transmission, belts, etc. After confirming they are normal, then power on and start or stop the machine. Also, fill in the dispatcher, operator, purpose of operation, equipment inspection status, and start-up time on the gate operation record.

After the shutdown and power outage is completed, the shutdown time, number of switch wires, and equipment operating status should be recorded in the gate opening and closing machine operation record. Additionally, the opening and closing time, number of switch wires, dispatcher, operator, and purpose of opening and closing should be recorded on the water and rain observation form.

In the event of an unexpected power outage during the opening and closing process, the reverse switch should be placed in the neutral position, and the circuit breaker should be pulled to disconnect power before removing the belt to manually open or close.

Seven, when monitoring the operation of the gate opening and closing machine, pay attention to the following points: 1. Ensure that the screw of the gate opening and closing machine moves in the required direction, and that the motor and transmission operate properly, as well as the synchronization of the transmission and screw wheel. 2. Investigate whether the motor speed and temperature rise are normal, if there is excessive oscillation, and if the sound is abnormal. In case of abnormal conditions, stop the machine immediately for inspection to avoid equipment deformation or damage, and report to the dispatcher and project leaders. 3. After the opening and closing operation is completed and the machine is stopped, recheck the number of gate opening and closing threads.
