The construction of the integrated pump station and the installation of the base plate are for an integrated pump station. The cylinder of the pump station is made of advanced corrosion-resistant HDPE material. The internal water pump, pipelines, valves, instruments, control equipment, and other accessories required by the users are provided as a complete set, and are tested and installed before leaving the factory. It is a new type of integrated pump station equipment that is easy to use, reliable in quality, requires less civil engineering work, and has a lower cost. Volume optimization is a significant feature. As for the operation of the integrated pump station, installation is crucial. So, what preparations should we make for safety?

One, Integrated Pump Station Construction Preparation
1. Prior technical briefings should be conducted before the pump station installation.
2. The drainage system in the pump station construction area should be planned and arranged based on the terrain, weather, hydrology, geological conditions, and the amount of drainage required, and it should be compatible with the external drainage system. A water-diversion channel should be set around the foundation pit perimeter.
Before the installation of pump station equipment, it is essential to thoroughly study the mechanical and electrical installation drawings to determine the construction techniques for the pumps and electrical equipment. During the construction process, a comprehensive quality inspection procedure and control measures must be established.

4. Equipment, tools, and construction materials should be neatly arranged at designated spots, ensuring the site remains clean and pathways are unobstructed.
5. Prior to construction, proper signage and instrument burial should be prepared. During construction, on-site observation and documentation should be conducted.
Section Two: Integrated pump station sump excavation
1. An excavation plan for the pump pit must be in place and strictly followed.
The excavation cross-section of the foundation pit should meet the requirements of design, construction, and the stability of the foundation pit slope.
3. Pump pit should implement dewatering measures at the bottom.
4. Adopt appropriate foundation pit support methods to prevent pump pit collapse.
5. After the excavation of the pump pit is completed, confirm that the pump station's in and out water pipes, connection pipes, and cables, as well as other on-site conditions, are in place before proceeding with the pump station installation.
Section 3:Integrated Pump Station EnhancementConcrete slab installation
The bottom should be level and it is advisable to lay a 10mm thick layer of crushed stone.
2. Concrete foundation installation can be selected to be pre-set, poured directly onto the bottom of the pit, or poured directly onto the compacted layer.
The foot bolts installed on the concrete slab should be mounted before the pump body.
4. The cement slab should be level. The top surface of the slab must be polished smooth.
Foot screws are evenly installed at equal angles within a single circle.
