One of the main equipment in the glass-fiber reinforced plastic integrated pre-fabricated pumping station is the sewage pump. Jinze Water Supply can provide submersible pumps of various sizes to meet customer requirements. The pumping station can also be equipped with an automatic mixing device, which, when paired with the motor's rotation, enhances the pump's anti-blocking and sewage removal capabilities, enabling it to complete drainage, cleaning, and desilting processes in one go. Additionally, a grate system can be added, including crushing grates and skimming grates, to screen solid waste within the pumping station, further strengthening the equipment's automatic sewage removal, desilting, and anti-blocking functions.

What Components Make Up the Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic Integrated Pre-Made Pump Station?

1. Crush Grid Utilizes Drum-Type Crushing Grid. The crushing grid offers compact design and ease of use, complemented by high-quality submersible pumps. The finely crushed debris can be directly pumped out by the submersible pump, eliminating the need for manual waste removal. The crushing grid is integrated into prefabricated pumping stations, requiring no additional civil engineering work, thus maintaining a compact and practical facility.

2. Pump Station Control System: The buried integrated prefabricated pump station is equipped with a control cabinet using the manufacturer's pump control system, which achieves automatic control of the buried integrated prefabricated pump station. The pump station is internally fitted with float level transmitters and float balls, transmitting high and low level interlock signals to the local control cabinet of the wastewater prefabricated pump station. The local control cabinet issues commands to start or stop the submersible sewage pump based on the high and low level interlock. The crushing grating operates in an intermittent mode controlled by time settings and dual control of the pump station's liquid level. The intelligent system, with programmed control, features automatic reverse and power cutoff for pump or crushing grating blockages, with all signals capable of being integrated into existing or to-be-built control systems.

3. The *board* material is made of GRP. The top cover board should have smooth inner and outer surfaces without cracks deeper than 2mm, no delamination, no exposed fibers, no resin nodules, no foreign matter mixed in, and no obvious uneven coloration. The external protective layer of the GRP material is enhanced with UV-resistant materials to prevent aging when exposed to sunlight for extended periods.

4. The pump station cover is made of stainless steel, featuring a safety grate, ventilation exhaust pipe, and handrail. It must be equipped with an air pressure spring for easy opening.

5. The glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder is reinforced with unidirectional glass fiber roving and its products, and thermosetting resins are used as the matrix. It employs computer-controlled winding technology to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. The structural layer thickness is determined by the structural design, and its stiffness has been verified by CAE technology. The cylinder's Vickers hardness reaches over 40Ba, the compressive strength reaches 120MPa, the hoop tensile strength reaches 150MPa, and the axial tensile strength reaches 60MPa. A leakage prevention test must be conducted before shipment to ensure there are no leaks.

6. Integrated external lugs with one-piece design facilitate installation and are made of stainless steel.

7. Matching Pump

(1) Our new vertical submersible centrifugal sewage pump features automatic coupling installation and a non-clogging impeller design. The pump is directly coupled with the submersible motor, forming a single unit. Each submersible pump can operate continuously either fully submerged or with the motor exposed to the liquid surface, and is capable of adapting to continuous operation, intermittent operation, and resuming operation after a long period of downtime. The submersible centrifugal sewage pump can freely pass through solid particles and long fiber materials. All rotating parts undergo rigorous dynamic balance testing during production, meeting the ISO 1940 G6.3 precision requirements.

(2) The pump is a vertical, single-stage, closed impeller type submersible pump, directly connected to the motor to form an integral unit. The submersible sewage pump is capable of conveying raw and unfiltered sewage, while the submersible sludge pump can transport various sediment sludge and concentrated sludge with a solid content ranging from 3% to 8% in urban wastewater treatment. The submersible pump can automatically and securely couple with the pump's discharge connection flange, and the pump can slide freely from the pump station top to the discharge connection flange under the guidance of a guide rope/rod, without the need for workers to descend to the bottom of the pump station for inspection and installation.

(3) The submersible sewage pump unit operates flawlessly for over 8,000 hours without supervision, with an overall lifespan of more than 25 years.

The buried integrated pre-fabricated pump station with level sensors utilizes pressure sensors and is equipped with a pump control system, enabling automatic operation and control of the pump station's liquid level.

9. Pressure piping made of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) or 304 stainless steel. All piping undergoes pressure testing prior to shipment to prevent leaks. Various flanges can be configured according to customer requirements.
