High-strength GRP cylinder materials should consist of a corrosion-resistant layer, a permeation-resistant layer, a structural layer, and an outer protective layer, with the thickness of each layer as shown in the figure. The outer protective layer must be added with anti-ultraviolet materials to prevent aging when exposed to sunlight. The cylinder is made of unidirectional coarse glass fiber yarns and their products as reinforcing materials, with a thermosetting resin as the matrix, and is produced by computer-winding technology, ensuring uniform thickness. The Vickers hardness should reach 40HBa or higher, the compressive strength should reach 120 MPa or higher, the hoop tensile strength should be 150 MPa, and the axial tensile strength should be 60 MPa. The equipment manufacturer should provide an international authoritative third-party leakage detection report.
