    Mold Design:

    Can independently design medium to high difficulty injection mold structures, full 3D parting and drawing. Familiar with HASCO, DME, MISUMI and other export mold design standards. Graduates can become proficient in factory design procedures, equivalent to 2-3 years of mold design experience in the factory.     UG Product Design Basics, Pro/E Product Design Basics, CAD Layout, Advanced Molding Structure, Advanced UG Parting, UG Freeform Non-Parametric 3D, UG_Moldwizard Parametric Full 3D, UG Assembly, UG Mold Total Assembly Drawing, UG Parts Drawing, Moldflow Flow Analysis

    Numerical Control Programming:

    (1) UG Installation and Interface Setup (Layers, Analysis, Views, Items, etc.)

    (2) 2D curve operations, surface design, 3D modeling, solid modeling.

    (3) 2D UG Machining (punching, drilling, face milling, flat milling, etc.).

    (4) UG 3D Machining (cavity milling, contour milling, fixed-axis surface milling, 3D engraving, etc.).

    (5) Mold electrode removal and mold structure knowledge.

    (6) Parts, electrodes, inserts, sliders, inclined tops, mold core machining programming and drawing, with case studies.

    (7) Mold Machining Techniques (Trimming Edges, Auxiliary Solids, Tool Length Detection, and Tool Collision Check, etc.)

    (8) UG Advanced Settings (shortcuts, machining templates, electrodes, post-processing, etc.)
