    Numerical Control Programming:

    UG programming involves the use of Siemens' professional 3D software NXUG to create digital programs for CNC machine tools. CNC machines cannot operate without programs. Professionals need to utilize specialized software tools to write programs based on the product's shape. UG programming refers to the process of programming CNC machines.

    Section 2: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module

    1. Face Milling: Know the application of face milling, cutting method, and the setting of main parameters

    2. Flat Milling: Know the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, setting of main parameters, and mastery

    3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose tools reasonably when the workpieces vary in size. Cavity milling generally uses a following-the-perimeter cutting method; setting and mastering the main parameters.

    4. Re-clearing corners with the cavity milling: Primarily for processing the excess material left after roughing with the top tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.

    5. Constant Contour Milling: Often used for precise finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery. Example explanation combined with topic exercises.

    6. Curved Face Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically using ball-end mills for curved face milling. Focus on setting and mastering the main parameters. Example problems explained and combined with practical exercises.

    7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

    Section 3: Factory Example:

    1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, master the electrode processing and fixture procedures. Pay attention to the key points for special electrode processing, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

    2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining processes, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame machining.

    3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of front and rear mold cores.

    4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow of the factory and the processing department.

    5. Product Processing: Craft and parameter settings during product processing.

    Mold Design:

    Capable of independently completing medium to high difficulty injection molds, metal molds, silicone molds, die casting molds... Mold quotations, demolding reports, 2D layout, 3D parting, toolpath programming, electrode dismantling, assembly drawings, part drawings. A complete set of molds follows the actual factory process flow, is proficient in full 3D parting and drafting, and is familiar with HASCO, DME, MISUMI, and other export mold design standards. Graduates can become familiar with the factory design process and achieve 2-3 years of mold design experience at the factory. The focus is on cultivating design concepts and design thinking, determining design parameters, imparting machining experience, and passing on trial molding experience...
