    Details Introduction

Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers mentorship-style, hands-on training, delivering the latest and most practical techniques to meet industry demands. Our goal is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources to the mold industry.

Can a person with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it's possible, even with a junior high school education! There's a saying: "Learning has no fixed order, those who achieve first are the pioneers." As long as you find a good training institution and a good teacher to guide you, and study deeply and systematically, mold design is an easy subject to master.

Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have vast development prospects. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which are particularly prominent. The demand for talents is increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable talents! Now, the starting salary for mold designers from ordinary training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan per month, and after three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!

Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today mainly focus on basic software operations, lacking understanding of the industry's technology—misleading students! Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire an instructor with over a decade of experience?

    Studio Advantages:

    1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanism, b) software operation, c) machining process.

    2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher truly attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired from outside; would they be inclined to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?

Are you still struggling to learn technical skills? Are you still working on an assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying books, making things in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile efforts. Open a design training studio to provide you with such a great learning opportunity and environment – you definitely don't want to miss out!

Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth, individuals with high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges...

    Class Schedule

UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:

    1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.

    2. 3D software command explanations, product design, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanations, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.

    3. Mold structure explanation (mold types, ejector pins, sliding sleeves, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.

    4. Provide CAD assembly drawings and UG assembly drawings; prepare BOM with 0 piece orders.

    5. Comprehensive reinforcement training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:

    I. Basic Courses:

    1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partition

Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module

    1. Surface Milling: Familiarize yourself with the applications, cutting methods, and key parameter settings for surface milling.

    2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters, and master them.

    3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to reasonably select tools when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically uses a following-around-the-perimeter cutting method, focusing on the setting and mastery of key parameters.

    4. Re-clearing corners with cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after roughing with the first set of tools; setting and mastering the main parameters.

    5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Setting and mastering the main parameters, example explanations, and combined with topic exercises.

    6. Curved Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.

    7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

    Section 3: Factory Case Study:

    1. Electrode Processing: Master the electrode processing procedures and fixture techniques through multiple electrode examples and practice. Pay attention to special points during the processing of electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

    2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame processing.

    3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of die heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of front and back cores.

    4. Full Mold Processing: Mastering the key considerations for the full mold processing, combining the common processing flow of molds in the factory and the processing department.

    5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years. You will be able to independently perform the role of a mold design and programming engineer. As the saying goes, 'Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand.' Three months of study will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.

    Teaching Method:

    1. One computer per person, learn at your own pace with no time limit until proficiency is achieved.

    2. Mentorship, full guidance, combined with factory, reinforced training.

    3. Tailor-made educational plans for each student, ensuring every exercise is meticulously reviewed by a master before approval, guaranteeing students can work independently from day one.

    Educational Advantages:

Factory practical teaching mode. Hands-on instruction. One-on-one tutoring. Organic machine internship in the workshop. Learn and recommended for work. We are always employment-oriented. From beginner to mold design expert. On-site practical operation in a pure mold company. Focuses on the cultivation of design concepts and design thinking. Determination of design parameters.
