Details Introduction
Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design and CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers mentorship-style, hands-on instruction, delivering the latest and most practical techniques to meet industry demands. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "The priority is given to those who achieve mastery, regardless of their starting point." As long as you find a good training institution and a skilled instructor, and engage in in-depth and systematic learning, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to learning mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is ever-increasing; in the Pearl River Delta region alone, there is a shortage of several hundred thousand mold designers. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable candidates! Now, the monthly salary for mold designers with basic training is generally over 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of learning mold design! As long as you have work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools, in fact, focus mainly on basic software operations and lack industry-specific technical knowledge, misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with over 15 years of experience in the mold industry. How many training schools can boast of hiring instructors with more than a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors have the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice approach. Large training schools can have dozens or even hundreds of students, but how many can a teacher truly attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired in, would they take the time to cultivate a heart-to-heart education with you?
Are you still struggling to learn technical skills? Are you still working on an assembly line in repetitive, mechanical tasks? Are you still poring over books, building in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Opening a design training studio offers you such a great learning opportunity and environment – one you shouldn't miss!
Eligible Applicants: Aspiring youth, individuals with junior and senior high school or higher education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools.

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly drawings, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product styling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold structure explanation (mold types, tilting core, sliding, cold heading, N-parting, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM for 0 pieces order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Tutorial 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Surface Milling: Familiarize yourself with the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings for surface milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the applications, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the settings of main parameters, as well as mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing out workpieces. Learn to choose the right cutting tools reasonably when the workpieces vary in size. Cavity milling typically uses a cutting method following the perimeter, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Cavity Milling Re-Cutting: Primarily for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Parallel Contour Milling: Often used for precise finishing on workpiece sides, when selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Key parameter settings and mastery, example problem explanation, and topic exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Main parameter settings and mastery, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode examples and practice in mastering the electrode processing and clamping procedures. Pay attention to special considerations for processing electrodes with extreme features, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Machining: Proficient in the molding frame machining process, experienced in handling large-scale molding frame machining.
3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of die heat treatment processes, control of excess stock before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces on front and back molding cores.
4. Complete Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the complete mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow of the factory and the processing department.
5. Product Processing: Precautions in processing and setting of process parameters.
Completing the learning content in the above phase, through full-time instruction, typically takes about three months. Upon finishing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years, making you qualified for an independent mold design and programming position. As the saying goes, 'It's better to have a skill in your hand than a wallet full of money.' Three months of study will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.

Teaching Method:
Each person will receive a computer, learn at their own pace, no time limit, until proficiency is achieved.
2. Mentorship & hands-on learning, factory integration, and intensive training.
3. Tailor-made teaching plans for each student, ensuring every exercise is meticulously reviewed by a master before approval, guaranteeing students can work independently from their first day on the job.
