UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, fundamental steps for assembly drawing, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product modeling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, slides, threading, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. CAD for mold loose part drawings, UG for mold loose part drawings; preparation of BOM table for 0 pieces order.
5. Comprehensive enhanced training, where students design according to the factory's design process. The instructor organizes evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (with UG Sketch Examples) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Tutorial 8. Assembly and Automated Molding
Section 2: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the application scenarios, cutting methods, and main parameter settings for face milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters.
3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing out workpieces. Learn to choose the right tools appropriately when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically employs a following-the-contour cutting method, with focus on the main parameter settings and mastery.
4. Refine Corner Milling: Primarily focuses on processing the leftover stock after rough cutting with the top tool; setting and mastering key parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Contour Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually opting for ball-end cutters for contour milling. Focuses on the setup and mastery of key parameters, with example problem explanations and related exercise practice.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, master the electrode processing process and fixture. Pay attention to the points for special electrode processing, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame processing.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess stock before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces on front and rear mold cores.
4. Full Mold Processing: Mastering the precautions during full mold processing, integrating the common processing flow of molds in the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing: Precautions in processing techniques and parameter settings.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years.
