Description:Photovoltaic cleaning robots can achieve indoor positioning and navigation. The first two groups (25 sets) of LIDAR with a scanning range of M and 10M ensure positioning and navigation accuracy to within 2.5 centimeters. To help the robot effectively and sensitively avoid obstacles, up to 13 sets of ultra-wideband radars are equipped around the robot.
Photovoltaic cleaning robots are equipped with special anti-slip movement, increasing contact area with the panels without damaging the surface during water cleaning, preventing any sliding; they are safe and reliable to use. The cleaning robots operate at a high speed; both the front and rear ends are fitted with efficient cleaning devices, achieving five cleaning effects in one movement, ensuring high cleaning efficiency and great results. The photovoltaic cleaning robots are controlled remotely via wireless technology, offering greater flexibility in use.

The photovoltaic cleaning robot is mainly composed of three parts: the main body of the cleaning robot, a high-pressure water pump truck, and a remote controller.
1. Robot Main Body: The main body of the robot is the primary component of the cleaning task, primarily composed of a track-based chassis, high-efficiency cleaning equipment, and a central control automatic system. It achieves high cleaning efficiency in both water and dry conditions for photovoltaic arrays, operates without the need for external power supply, and is convenient and reliable to use. Under remote control, the robot can move forward, backward, and turn left or right, allowing it to navigate any direction on the surface of photovoltaic panels with no blind spots in the cleaning operation.
2. High-pressure Water Pump Truck: To ensure stable water supply for the cleaning robot, our company uses a high-pressure water pump truck, which can reach a pressure of 12MPa and discharge 14 liters per minute. It is easy to transfer and can significantly improve the cleaning effect.
3. Remote Control: Operate the robot's cleaning functions remotely via the remote control, including movement direction, speed, drum brush rotation direction, edge detection switch, and current voltage checks.
4. Additional Extension Equipment: According to the actual needs of the customer, we can equip with perspective image transmission systems, lighting systems, etc., for convenient observation of the surface and cleanliness of the photovoltaic panels from ground level, and assist robots in night cleaning operations. We can also provide water pipes of various lengths and customize water and electricity supply systems and other auxiliary vehicles and equipment according to the specific requirements of the customer.

Photovoltaic cleaning robots can automatically plan cleaning paths and complete cleaning tasks according to a set list; their cleaning speed is approximately 0.6m/s, with a large-capacity lithium battery (allowing continuous operation for 6 hours), achieving a cleaning efficiency of up to 2,000 square meters.
