详情描述

The single girder crane is divided into three main parts: the large carriage running mechanism, the small carriage running mechanism, and the lifting mechanism (electric hoist). The lifting mechanism is responsible for the lifting and lowering of heavy loads in a vertical direction, the small carriage running mechanism handles the left and right movement of the lifting mechanism and the heavy load parallel to the main girder, and the large carriage running mechanism operates on the crane beam, responsible for the overall movement of the single girder crane within the entire workshop space. The three parts of the crane work together to facilitate the handling of heavy loads to any position in three-dimensional space.

When using the hook as the lifting device, the operation process is as follows: operate the remote control to lower the hook to an appropriate position, secure the heavy load, then raise the hook slightly with the remote control to confirm the load is securely tied. Continue to raise the hook to the desired height, then operate the large vehicle to the target location. Use the small vehicle to accurately position the heavy load above the target. Finally, operate the electric hoist to place the heavy load precisely at the target location, completing the task.
