Section II: Sample Preparation
The Manufacturing Department completes the prototype manufacturing according to the design drawings. The project team establishes the production inspection outline based on the company and industry standards. The Quality Assurance Department conducts the production inspection in accordance with the production inspection outline.
Note: In addition to preparing a prototype, electrical products also require electrical components for intrinsic safety testing, such as intrinsic safety power supplies, sensors, etc.; and electrical components for electrical performance testing, such as contactors, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, etc.
