详情描述

The gear box is a type of variable speed device that achieves the effect of speed change through the meshing of large and small gears, and it has many applications in the speed change of industrial machinery. A large gear is mounted on the low-speed shaft of the gear box, and a small gear is mounted on the high-speed shaft. By the meshing and transmission action between the gears, the process of acceleration or deceleration can be completed. The characteristics of the gear box are as follows:

1. Wide range of gearboxes available

Gearboxes are typically designed using standard schemes, but in special cases, the gearbox design can be modified to meet the user's requirements, transforming into industry-specific gearboxes. The design of the gearbox can accommodate changes in parallel shafts, upright shafts, general cases, and various components according to the user's specifications.

2. Gearbox operation is stable

The gearbox operates stably and reliably with high transmission power. The external housing structure of the gearbox can be made from sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise generated during operation. The inherent housing structure of the gearbox, combined with a large fan, effectively lowers the operating temperature. It is essential to address the cleaning issue of the main gears promptly during the use of the gearbox. The gearbox cleaning and maintenance machine utilizes the original oil supply and return system of the gearbox, along with filtered lubricating oil, to clean the gearbox without altering any hardware or adding cleaning agents, ensuring safe operation and extending the lifespan of the gearbox.

3. The gearbox is fully functional

The gearbox, in addition to the function of reducing speed, also has the ability to change the direction of power transmission and torque. For instance, by using two sector gears, the gearbox can vertically transmit force to another rotating shaft to alter the transmission direction. The principle of changing the torque transmission is that under the same power conditions, the faster the speed of the gear, the smaller the torque on the shaft, and vice versa. During operation, the gearbox can also achieve the function of a clutch. By separating the two originally engaged transmission gears, the connection between the prime mover and the working machine can be disconnected, achieving the effect of separating power and load. Additionally, the gearbox can distribute power by driving multiple driven shafts with a single driving shaft.
