详情描述

A gear box is a type of speed-changing device that achieves variable speed through the meshing of large and small gears, widely used in the speed adjustment of industrial machinery. The low-speed shaft of the gear box is fitted with large gears, while the high-speed shaft is equipped with small gears. By the meshing and transmission between the gears, the process of acceleration or deceleration can be accomplished. The characteristics of the gear box are as follows:

1. Wide range of gearboxes available

Gearboxes are typically designed using standard schemes, but in special cases, the design of the gearbox can be modified according to the user's requirements, transforming into industry-specific gearboxes. The design of the gearbox can accommodate changes in parallel shafts, upright shafts, general housing, and various components as per the user's specifications.

2. Gearbox operation stability

The gear box operates stably and reliably with high transmission power. The external housing structure of the gear box can be made with sound-absorbing materials to reduce the noise generated during operation. The gear box's housing structure, combined with a large fan, effectively lowers the operating temperature. It is crucial to address the cleaning of the gear box promptly during use. The gear box cleaning machine utilizes the original oil supply and return system of the gear box, along with filtered lubricating oil, to clean the gear box without altering any hardware or adding cleaning agents, ensuring safe operation and extending the gear box's lifespan.

3. The gearbox features comprehensive functions.

The gearbox, in addition to its speed-reducing function, also has the capability to alter the direction of transmission and the torque of transmission. For instance, by using two sector gears, the gearbox can vertically transmit force to another rotating shaft to change the direction of transmission. The principle of changing the torque of transmission is that, under the same power conditions, the faster the speed of the gear, the smaller the torque the shaft experiences; conversely, it's greater. During operation, the gearbox can also perform the function of a clutch, which can disconnect the connection between the prime mover and the working machine by separating the two originally meshed transmission gears, achieving the effect of separating power and load. Additionally, the gearbox can distribute power by driving multiple driven shafts with a single driving shaft.
