Recently, a customer inquired about the clogging issue in their coal powder pneumatic conveying system, causing poor flow. Today, I'll briefly summarize the reasons:

Poor coal quality leads to excessive ash content and coarse ash particle size, far exceeding the design values specified for the various design coal types. This causes the system to overload, resulting in abnormal fluctuations and frequent ash clogging.

2. High material level alarms in the dust collector hopper are caused by various reasons such as excessive ash content in flue gas, poor ash flow under the ash hopper, or prolonged downtime of the ash conveying system. Additionally, failure to operate the field as per regulations, extended downtime, or numerous fields unable to operate normally due to internal issues, result in the hopper being filled with large ash particles that have settled naturally from the flue gas.

3. The inner tube of the ash conveying pipe has extensive detachment, there are many detachments of nozzles inside the pressure tank, foreign objects block the pipeline inside the ash conveying pipe, or the valve core of the electric manifold valve falls off, resulting in poor ash conveying.

4. Improper adjustment of the manual valve opening on the compressed air pipeline, severe internal leakage of the valve, leakage in the air supply pipeline, malfunction of the pneumatic valve, incorrect indication, or core dislodgment, resulting in insufficient output from the air compressor's air supply system.

5. Fly ash is wetter and has a higher viscosity, making it difficult to transport.

6. The pressure vessel level gauge is inaccurate or malfunctioning, resulting in an excessive amount of ash inside the pressure vessel.
