Container Transfer Cement Powder Pneumatic Conveying Machine, Fly Ash Storage Cleaning and Loading MachineChemical and Food Industry Air Conveying Machine
Air conveying machine, widely used forBuilding materials - stone powderFly ash, cement, alumina powder, raw materialsPowder, kaolin, limestone powder, mineral powder, antimony powder, wood shavings, rice hulls, straw granules, and food-grade material conveying for powdered and granular materials.Small pebbles, dispatch of dry materials.Grain silos, farms, stations, ports, grain and oil processing, brewing industries, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, medicine, health, metallurgy, minerals, petrochemicals, hydroelectric and water conservancy, light industry, food, and beverage. Bulk handling, transportation, unloading, stock rotation, restocking, and dispatching operations in storage or production processes.Self-priming conveying equipment for shipping and handling stages.
The vacuum suction machine for fly ash and other bulk materials utilizes a Roots blower (vacuum pump) to generate vacuum, which draws the material mixed with a certain amount of air through the nozzle and delivers it to the separator via the conveying tube on the suction arm. After separation from the air, the material falls into the conveying equipment to be discharged or enters a positive pressure conveying system. The positive pressure generated by the air compressor sends the material into the bulk material storage (warehouse) through the feeding pipeline. Clean air is discharged from the top of the separator and released into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipeline from the Roots blower (vacuum pump) exhaust port. Due to the sealed housing, this design offers significant advantages in improving working conditions and environmental protection when conveying easily飞扬的、toxic, explosive, and high-temperature materials.
The machine is composed of components such as a Roots blower, prime mover (electric or diesel motor), pulse tank (including filter sleeves, filter bags, pulse control instruments, pulse valves, etc.), a star discharge valve (also known as a closed valve, typically installed at the bottom of the pulse tank), a base (or gantry), an air compressor (also known as an air pump), pipes (including steel pipes, silencer pipes, hoses, etc.), and a suction nozzle (also known as the feeding nozzle).
The machine is available in models with impeller diameters of 100mm, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, and so on.
