1. No sharp edge on the interface (bracket or hole) of mounting side.
Side interface installation with no sharp edges (brackets or holes)
2. For below status, must replace the safe chain by a new one instantly：
If any of the following conditions are found, the safety chain must be replaced with a new one.
a, The safe chain was tightened one time by luminaire falling;
The SafeChain withstands the tension from the weight of falling lighting fixtures.
b, Part of steel wire was broken；
Safety chain steel wire has experienced partial breakage and damage.
c, While replace the luminaire, the safe chain is a falling protector, not
allowed to suspend the luminaire by a long time.
Safety Chain is a fall protection device; it is not permitted to hang lighting fixtures for extended periods during replacement.

1. The luminaire shall be installed by a qualified electrician and wired in accordance with the latest IEEE electrical regulations or the national requirements.
Luminaires must be installed and wired by individuals with electrical certification and must comply with the new IEEE electrical regulations or national standards requirements.
2. Switch off main power supply before Installation, maintenance and any operation.
Please disconnect the main power supply before installing, maintaining, or operating lighting and other equipment.
3. The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
The light source within this lamp should be replaced by the manufacturer, their authorized service agent, or a similarly qualified individual.
4. If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. (only for luminaire itself with cable sold, must be compliance this clause.)
If the external cable wire or flexible cord of the lighting fixture is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid any potential hazards to individuals.
Injury. (Only applicable to lighting fixtures equipped with their own cables or flexible cords, which must comply with and adhere to these terms.)
5. Use IP66 grade connection devices with cable clamp to ensure a complete IP66 system.
Utilize connection devices and equipment with IP66-rated protection and incorporate cable waterproof clamp connectors to ensure the complete IP66 system performance rating.
6. Refer to technical datasheet for additional electrical properties to ensure installation safely.

7. Ensure power supply cables (L-N / L-N-E) are connected correctly before switching on.
Before powering on electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures, please ensure that the supply cables and grounding lines (L-N / L-N-E) are properly connected.
8. The insulation of category between LV and control circuit is to relay on type of driver.
The insulation type between LV power and control lines depends on the drive model.
9. The luminaire should be positioned so that prolonged staring into the luminaire at a distance closer than m is not expected.
The installation of lighting should be positioned so that it is not stared at for extended periods at a distance less than m.
10. Earthing contact to customer end on luminaire must be connected by installer, including whole use process that the earthing contact is always reliably
linked to earth ground.
The grounding point on the lighting fixture must be securely connected by the installer and must remain reliably connected to the earth throughout the fixture's use.
11. The luminaire should avoid storage and usage in such a surroundings or an occasion that is with corrosion or hazardous gases like sulfide, halide,
phthalate and so on.
Light fixtures should be avoided from being stored and used in environments or situations with corrosive or harmful gases, such as sulfides, halides, and phthalates.
12. The PC material cannot be used in such an ambience that is with ethylamine, tetra-dichloroethylene, which is corrosion or hazardous to PC material
and so on.
PC materials cannot be used in environments containing substances like tetrachloroethylene, which can corrode or damage PC materials.
13. All materials used in luminaire must be compliance to RoHS as below table.

Maintain
1. Periodic clearing of the luminaires’ optical lens covers will ensure maximum optical efficiency.
Regularly clean the optical lens covers of lighting fixtures to ensure optimal light output.
2. Luminaire optical lens cover shall be cleaned with clean water, non-abrasive soap, cleaner and detergent solution. Acid solution or alkali solution
cannot be used as a cleaning solution to wash outside surface of luminaire.
Lamp optical lenses must be cleaned with clean water, non-abrasive soap, detergents, and cleaning agent solutions. Acid or alkaline solutions cannot be used as cleaning solutions to wash the exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures.
