Anti-Static PC Sheet

Base material is Polycarbonate (PC), an odorless, colorless, transparent amorphous thermoplastic material. Common anti-static PC boards typically feature surface anti-static properties, which are achieved by applying a coating to the standard PC board, creating a hard anti-static layer. This layer maintains the inherent physical characteristics of the base material while providing excellent anti-static functionality. At a surface resistance value between 10^6 and 10^8 ohms, the anti-static feature is at its optimal state, effectively preventing dust accumulation and mitigating potential hazards caused by static electricity, to meet the special needs of the high-tech era.

Static Dissipative PC Boards feature strong impact resistance and can withstand high temperatures up to 140℃ (such as baby bottles made from PC material can endure boiling water at 100℃), excellent flame retardancy with fire-resistant capabilities (flame retardancy rating of UL-94 V0~V2); high light transmittance. The manufacturing process for Static Dissipative PC Boards is extrusion, with thickness tolerance typically 3-5 microns. They are characterized by high mechanical strength and excellent processing properties.
