It offers a solution to the shortcomings of the existing construction methods and techniques for bridge collision walls, enabling the overall molding, demolding, cleaning, application of release agents, hoisting, and other tasks for collision wall molds. It eliminates the need for repetitive mold assembly and disassembly, and provides a platform equipment for quick overall dismantling, moving, and installation of bridge collision walls.
Operation Principle: Composed of a mobile wheel-based chassis, an electric hoist for lifting templates, and a side safety construction basket platform, all working simultaneously.
