The bridge crane is a gantry-type crane that operates on the track within a workshop, also known as a crane.
Structural Composition
· Bridge girderThe assembly consists of main beams, end beams, walkways, etc., with the main beam spanning above the inter-space. It features various structural forms such as box-shaped, truss, web, and round tube.
· Enhance InstitutionsComposed of motors, reducers, drums, brakes, etc., it is designed for vertical lifting and lowering of heavy loads.
· Compact CarWelded from steel plates, it primarily consists of a carriage frame, the carriage movement mechanism, and the lifting mechanism, all of which can move along the width of the workshop.
· Large Vehicle Mobility EquipmentThe drive bridge is composed of components such as a motor, drive shaft, reducer, wheels, and brake, moving along the guide tracks along the length of the workshop.
· Control RoomThe crane's cabin, also known as the operator's cabin, houses control devices for the large and small carriage mechanisms, lifting mechanism controls, and the crane's protective devices.
Operation Principle
· Vertical MovementDriven by large vehicle motors, it moves longitudinally forward and backward along the tracks on both sides of the factory workshop.
· Lateral movementThe small vehicle and lifting mechanism on the main beam of the large vehicle are driven by the small vehicle's electric motor, performing lateral left-to-right movements along the main beam track of the bridge frame.
· Vertical MovementEnhance the vertical lifting motion of heavy loads driven by motor (main hook, auxiliary hook).
Categories
· By the number of main beamsThe product line is divided into two main categories: single girder and double girder.
· By applicationWe offer a range of cranes, including general overhead cranes, casting cranes, clamp cranes, descaling cranes, charging cranes, forging cranes, and explosion-proof overhead cranes.
· By model: LD single girder overhead crane, LX suspended crane, LH bridge crane, QD bridge crane, LB bridge crane.
Technical Specifications
· Lifting CapacityRated lifting capacity, also known as the maximum allowable load that a crane can lift, is measured in tons (t).
· SpanThe distance between the centerlines of the wheels at both ends of the crane's main beam, also known as the centerline distance between the trolley tracks, measured in meters (m).
· Enhance AltitudeThe distance between the upper and lower limit positions of the lifting device or gripping mechanism (such as grabs, electromagnetic clamps) of a crane, measured in meters (m).
· Operation SpeedThe speed corresponding to the moving mechanism of both large and small vehicles when their traction motors are operating at rated speed, measured in meters per minute (m/min).
· Enhance speedThe lifting mechanism's motor is designed to elevate heavy loads at a speed not exceeding 30m/min at rated speed.
Application Fields
Widely used for material hoisting in indoor and outdoor warehouses, factories, docks, and open-air storage yards.
