Product Overview

Submersible axial flow pumps are our newly introduced improved products, combining advanced domestic and international pump-making technologies. They feature superior cavitation performance, stable operation, and reliable performance compared to the older models.

Utilizing advanced computer-aided design (CAD, CFD) for design and flow field dynamic analysis ensures the pump maintains stable performance within the specified performance range.

This pump utilizes Sairon bearings and features stainless steel shaft sleeves between the shaft and bearings, enhancing its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The lubrication method is divided into two types: self-lubricating and externally water-lubricated, depending on the medium.

Large pump impeller blades are precision-machined using the profiling process, which not only enhances the geometric accuracy of the blades but also improves the static and dynamic balance precision of the impeller, fully ensuring the pump's performance and smooth operation.


Basic Introduction

Submersible axial flow pumps are designed for low lift and high flow applications. They feature high efficiency and good cavitation resistance, making them suitable for scenarios with significant water level fluctuations and relatively high lift. These pumps transport raw water or lightly polluted water, with liquid temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius and pH levels between 4 and 10. The submersible motors are equipped with double, triple mechanical seals and auxiliary sealing structures, F-grade insulation, and IP68 protection. Additionally, they are equipped with sealed leakage, winding, and bearing temperature rise detection devices within the motor.

Product Overview

Submersible pump stations have seen rapid development due to their simple civil engineering, low construction cost, convenient maintenance and management, easy installation, ease of automation, high reliability, and environmental enhancement.

The main equipment of the submersible pump station is the submersible axial flow pump, which includes the QZ type submersible axial flow pump and the QH type submersible mixed flow pump. These are integrated mechanical and electrical products that combine the motor with an axial flow pump and a mixed flow pump, serving as the updated and replaced versions of traditional long shaft axial flow and mixed flow pumps.

Application Scope

Submersible axial flow and mixed flow pump customers, both new and old, can conveniently replace with submersible pumps in new pump station projects, and can update with submersible pumps in the renovation of existing pump stations.

This type of pump is primarily suitable for the following applications:

Agricultural irrigation and drainage

Municipal stormwater and light wastewater emissions;

Industrial process water, cooling water;

Hydraulic water transfer project.


Use Instructions

During the operation of submersible axial flow pumps, follow the instructions carefully. Additionally, performing maintenance on the unit during idle times can effectively extend its service life. Dene Energy reminds you that the following three behaviors are禁忌 when using submersible axial flow pumps; please avoid them at all costs.

A taboo is reversing the direction of a submersible axial flow pump. Many submersible axial flow pumps can produce water flow in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, but there's a significant difference in efficiency. Reversing it results in lower efficiency and higher power consumption. Therefore, it's important to pay attention to its rotation direction during use to avoid the situation where the unit reverses without your knowledge.

Avoid prolonged high-pressure operation of the submersible axial flow pump. Extended high-pressure use accelerates wear on the unit, and in the presence of larger particles in the water, it can lead to excessive electrical charge on the components, causing them to burn. Additionally, do not allow the unit to run for extended periods before submersion, as without water's heat conduction, the unit is prone to overheating and damage.

The next taboo is to properly maintain the cable of the submersible axial flow pump and reasonably determine the cable length. Excessive cable length is not suitable, as it increases the submerged portion and further raises the risk of electric leakage. When placing the unit in or removing it from the water, the cable should be elevated and not subjected to force. Neglecting this can easily lead to cable breakage.
