LEDIn the display screen industry, the distribution box, as one of the core components, directly impacts the stability and lifespan of the display screens. Since LED screens are powered by a large number of switching power supplies, the initial startup of the screen body requires a high current, which can easily cause a surge in the power grid. Therefore, for screens with power exceeding 10KW, a dedicated intelligent distribution box for LED screens should be provided.

This product features an indoor shell, with a total load power of 150KW, capable of connecting 45 single-phase power-consuming devices (such as display circuit, air conditioning circuit, and fan circuit). It offers multiple protections, including overcurrent and short circuit protection, and manual power on/off functions. The standard circuit breaker is a Delixi product, while the contactor is a Schneider product. The PLC power supply utilizes Mingwei's high-reliability industrial-grade products, with controllers from Omron, IPMS, and Siemens PLCs. It is equipped with RS232/TCP/IP communication, allowing connection to central control systems for unified control; and includes ports for smoke, temperature, and other sensors. It facilitates quick and convenient external data monitoring of LED display systems, and can initiate alarms for cabinet, LED display over-temperature, smoke, and intrusion through pre-set programs. It can automatically and intelligently control protection with set thresholds, enabling unattended operation. The system is built on the B/S architecture and is compatible with multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android, Hongmeng, Kirin, and more operating systems.
