Equipment Introduction

Pulse-jet dust removal pneumatic conveying machine is a model suitable for fly ash,Self-priming environmental-friendly conveying equipment for the discharge and transportation of powdered materials such as cement powder, stone powder, activated carbon powder, etc.

The machine is composed of several parts, including the core (material intake) system (rotary blower, motor, or diesel engine, silencer, base, etc.); the dust removal system (pulse tank, ladder, air pump, etc.); the unloading system (closed-air unloader or gravity unloader); the support system (gantry support); the conveying system (rubber hose, connecting short pipe, clamp, etc.); and the accessory system (suction nozzle, telescopic fabric bag, material level switch, etc.).

In addition, our unit offers a range of auxiliary equipment including robotic arms, rotary feeders, spiral feeders, large feed hoppers, circular maintenance platforms, variable frequency starter cabinets, container overturners, and customized processing services for various non-standard pneumatic machines.

The machine comes in various types and specifications, categorized by different standards.

The unit is available in models with diameters of 100mm, 125, 150, 200, 250, and 300mm respectively.

Different models of fans are paired with motors/diesel engines, air compressors, dust collectors, shut-off valves/pneumatic valves, and hoses, to achieve various conveying effects.

Equipment Classification:

There are three types of pneumatic conveying devices:

 (1) Suction and conveying air conveying device (negative pressure), which is caused by a blower creating negative pressure in the pipeline to move the piece goods.

 (2) Positive pressure pneumatic conveying system, where the material moves within the pipeline due to the action of compressed air.

 (3) Mixed pressure pneumatic conveying system (positive pressure and negative pressure), in which part of the conveying pipeline is in a conveying state, while the other part is in a negative pressure state, or the material moves in one direction under pressure, with the return movement being facilitated by the negative pressure within the pipeline.

 According to the size of the required pressure, the pneumatic conveying device can be further divided into:

 Low-pressure pneumatic conveying system — Below 10 kPa

 Medium-pressure pneumatic conveying equipment – below 50 kPa

 High-pressure pneumatic conveying equipment — 50 kPa and above

 When air compressors are used in the production of gas-lift pumps, pressures can reach up to 200-300 kPa, even higher.

 Low-pressure pneumatic conveying systems are used for transporting packaged unit loads without the use of intermediate bulk containers and where the conveying distance is limited (within a separate production facility or within the administrative building's range). These systems are typically suction-type.

 Medium and high-pressure pneumatic conveying systems are used for transporting packaged bulk materials over long distances (over 200-300 meters).

 Based on the connection characteristics of the receiving and dispatching stations or loading and unloading stations, pneumatic conveying systems can be classified as single-tube, double-tube (multi-tube), straight-line, or circular. A single-tube straight-line pneumatic conveying system sequentially connects two or several conveying points. Materials can be conveyed in both forward and reverse directions, or simply in one direction only.


Installation Steps:

1、Fan, Prime MoverTypically, both are assembled upon factory shipment. Upon receipt, simply inspect the connecting parts is required.

2. Pulse Tank.Generally, this section is transported lying flat. After unloading, there's no rush to stand it up. First, inspect the connections of its components; look inside from the bottom of the tank to check for any fallen filter bags (it's normal for some to fall during flat transportation); inspect if the pulsating instrument has water inside; check if the flange bend at the top or side feed opening of the tank is installed (it may be removed for easier transportation). After completing these preparations, stand the pulsating tank upright, ensuring the foundation is solid.

3. Shut-off valve.Secure the shut-off valve to the pulse tank with screws (our company will decide whether to install it upon shipment based on transportation conditions). When securing, consider the position of the shut-off valve motor and junction box for ease of use. Note: Some models come with a shut-off valve flange ring, which should be properly secured.

4. Base.Blow-extract integrated equipment; at this point, the pulsating tank can be mounted on the base, and the feed port location should be considered during mounting.

5. Tower cranes.Typically, a gantry consists of 1 base, 4 square tube legs, 2 square tube crossbeams, and 4 channel steel diagonal struts. Simply screw them together, and then place the pulse tank on top.

6. Pipe.First, connect the muffler and steel pipe to the fan (for some models, a steel pipe is also required on the pulse tank), then use a shorter flexible hose to connect the fan steel pipe to the top (or side) bend of the pulse tank and install it into the feeding and discharging hoses. Note: The hose connection can be heat-treated to soften for easy insertion and removal. After installing the hose, use clamps to secure it.

7. NozzleConnect with the feed hose.

8. Air PumpUsed in conjunction with the pulse tank, simply connect to the pulse valve.

9. Miscellaneous.When the total power of the equipment exceeds 30Kw, it should be ensured that the local power supply is adequate and equipped with variable frequency starters and other soft start devices.

After completing all these steps, your beloved device is now ready for use!

Usage Principles:

1. High priority, safety-focused.The machine is heavy and large in size. Forklifts, loaders, and other heavy equipment are required for disassembly, movement, and maintenance of the machine and its components. Operators with relevant experience should be used, and close attention must be paid to on-site safety.

2. No-load start-up.Ensure the equipment is material-free prior to each use, whenever possible.

3. Try the machine first, then operate.Pilot run with small batches of materials first, then gradually increase the incoming material volume after ensuring there are no abnormal conditions.

4. Avoid overloading operations.Different materials have varying conveying standards. Typically, we remind customers of this at the time of order. It is advisable to avoid overloading operations, and it is strictly prohibited to run them for extended periods under overload conditions.

5. Consistency.The power, fuel (diesel, lubricants, etc.), site, and personnel training requirements for this machine are consistent with those of other equipment. Before each operation, it is necessary to check all environmental indicators.

6. If there's an issue, shut down immediately.If there are issues such as air leakage, smoking, abnormal sounds, or movements, the power should be immediately disconnected and the equipment should be shut down for inspection.

7. First open, then close the other.At startup, first open the airlock, then turn it for 20 seconds before activating the fan. At shutdown, first turn off the fan and wait until the material flow is nearly stopped before closing the airlock.

8. Maintain air intake.The nozzle usually has an air intake hole and can be buried into the material pile for operation when necessary, to meet the requirement of introducing some air during feeding (if air does not flow for several continuous minutes, the vacuum in the dust collector will keep increasing, which could cause serious, even irreversible damage to the equipment).
