One: Applying wood wax oil to outdoor wood products can prevent corrosion.

Processing must be conducted at temperatures above 8°C.

Wood must be dry, with moisture content not exceeding 15%.

Before applying wood wax oil, sand the wood surface with fine sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish. If there are fibers on the wood surface, gently sand them with wood sandpaper P240 or higher.

4. Thoroughly mix before use; no dilution required; for products with high viscosity, you may add a small amount of the designated diluent, but the amount should not exceed 10%.

5. Apply with a soft, brown bristle brush, evenly and thinly along the grain of the wood. After brushing, remove any excess wood wax. The application must be minimal, avoiding an overly thick coat. Once the surface is completely dry, gently sand and clean the coated item. A second coat can be applied after 12 hours.

6. Before applying, first moisten the lint-free cloth evenly and squeeze out some excess wax oil. Apply pressure evenly during the wiping process; avoid being too heavy or too light. First, wipe the surface of the item horizontally and vertically a few times. At the end, wipe along the grain of the wood evenly to allow the wood wax to penetrate fully into the grain. Let it sit and dry. Once the surface is completely dry, gently sand and clean the surface of the item. Repeat the above steps once more.
