1. The composition of a small steam boiler includes the boiler body, grate, pipes, instruments, valves, chimney assembly, foundation, etc.; Boiler body: mainly consists of U-shaped rings, drum, head, firebox, firebox head, transverse water pipes, rising pipes, and convection restraint, etc., which are pressure parts. A manhole is provided on the drum head for easy inspection and cleaning of the boiler.
The upper horizontal pipes of the small steam boiler are arranged in the convection heating zone, while the lower grate pipes and boiler drum are arranged in the radiant heating zone. The boiler structure and flue gas flow are properly designed, compact, and easy to operate and maintain.
3. The vertical horizontal water tube hot water steam boiler adopts traditional extinguishing techniques, where coal is thrown into the furnace door and extinguished on the grate. The flue gas is interwoven and flushed through the horizontal water pipes within the furnace drum, and the tiny carbon black and dust contained in the flue gas are trapped and cut by multiple layers, falling back onto the grate for a second round of extinguishing.
4. The recirculation path of the bundle in a small steam boiler: The water in the boiler close to the furnace drum, the top of the furnace drum, the transverse water pipe, and the chimney pipe is heated significantly, with high temperature and low specific gravity, causing it to move upwards. The water near the boiler shell has a lower temperature, higher specific gravity, and moves downwards, thus forming a water recirculation cycle.
The flue gas flow of the coal-fired hot water boiler is as follows: The low-temperature flue gas produced by the combustion of coal on the grate rises along the boiler drum, washing the cross water pipes, boiler drum, and chimney pipe, transferring heat to the water outside the boiler. The flue gas then rises again to wash the heat exchanger, and is finally discharged through the chimney. The multi-loop and multi-cycle flow of the flue gas achieves the effect of smoke and dust removal, with the remaining flue gas discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
6. The transverse water pipes have three benefits: ① Increasing the heating surface of the steam boiler; ② Facilitating water circulation within the steam boiler; ③ Enhancing the pressure-bearing capacity of the boiler shell.
