This product is a segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump with foot support, connected by tension bolts to the suction section, middle section, and discharge section, featuring the following advantages: 1. Impeller and guide vane flow components are optimized with CFD flow field analysis technology, ensuring high efficiency. 2. The static seal between the suction, middle, and discharge sections of the pump is a metal face seal and "OT-type ring double seal." The pump shaft seal uses high-performance artificial fiber packing or mechanical seal, ensuring safety and reliability. 3. Wide range of pump types, with large flow pumps leading in domestic technology. 4. The rotor is balanced through both static and dynamic balancing processes, strictly controlling the rotor's movement, ensuring stable pump operation with minimal vibration. 5. Shafts are made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, processed through multiple heat treatment procedures, offering high rigidity and good stability. 6. Features a unique shaft-actuated positioning structure, ensuring more reliable impeller positioning and safe operation. 7. The pump suction and discharge sections are made of high-quality castings or silver pieces, ensuring both hydraulic efficiency and the reliability of the product's operation. 8. The balancing mechanism is made of high-quality stainless steel, with the friction surfaces heat-treated or coated with hard alloy for excellent wear resistance and long service life. 9. Some models feature a primary two-stage suction design, enhancing anti- cavitation performance. D. MD series products comply with the GB/T 5657-2013 technical requirements for centrifugal pumps (III) standard: MD series products meet the MT/T 114-2005 standard for "Wear-resistant Centrifugal Pumps for Coal Mines," and each model of the MD series has obtained the Mine Product Safety Mark Certificate issued by the National Mine Product Safety Mark Center. The DF series products comply with the GB/T 5656-2008 standard for technical conditions of centrifugal pumps (II); the design, production, and service process of this product are strictly controlled, fully ensuring product quality.
