The liquid feed feeding system includes a mixing tank, a conveying system, and a control system. At the top of the mixing tank, there are feed and water inlets I; inside the mixing tank, there is a mixing blade mounted on the stirrer rod, with an external heating layer that contains water. At the bottom of the external heating layer, there is a heating pipe; a temperature sensor is placed within the external heating layer, and above it, there are a second water inlet, an exhaust port, a drain port, and a liquid level observation port. A weighing sensor is positioned at the bottom of the mixing tank. At the outlet of the feeding pump, there is a return pipe connected to the top of the mixing tank, equipped with a valve; a vent valve is set at the top of the mixing tank; and a sealing cover is placed at the feed inlet. This novel design is capable of fermenting wet feed and operates reliably with no pollution.
A liquid feed feeding system comprising a mixing tank, a conveying system, and a control system, with an inlet and an inlet for water I positioned at the top of the mixing tank; a mixing paddle mounted on the mixing rod within the mixing tank; the conveying system includes conveying pipes and a discharge terminal, where the outlet of the mixing tank is connected to the conveying pipes via a feeding pump; the characteristic being that the mixing tank includes an external heating layer, internally containing water, with a heating pipe at the bottom of the external heating layer; a temperature sensor is set within the external heating layer, with an inlet for water II, an exhaust port, a drain port, and a liquid level observation port set on the external heating layer; a weighing sensor is positioned at the bottom of the mixing tank; the temperature sensor, weighing sensor, and heating pipe are connected to the control system; a return pipe connecting to the top of the mixing tank is set at the outlet of the feeding pump, equipped with a valve; an exhaust valve is set at the top of the mixing tank; a sealing cover is placed at the feeding inlet.
