Feeding pigs has been a headache for many farmers, as unheated feed leads to reduced consumption and slower growth rates. When the feed is heated, it often freezes before the pigs finish eating, and it's a hassle to feed them bit by bit. As a result, most farmers opt to feed dry feed during the winter. It's not that farmers don't want to provide warm feed for the pigs; they simply have no choice. This is especially true for large-scale farms, where it seems like no one cares about the winter pig-feeding situation. How do they manage to do it?

All equipment within the farm is mostly intelligent purchases, with the currently controversial liquid feeding equipment being the standout. Liquid feeding employs a non-dry, full-ingredient feeding model, where silage and pellet feed are proportionally crushed, ground, and mixed before being delivered to the pigs' troughs. Liquid feeding is significantly more cost-effective than full-ingredient feed, as it incorporates green forage. A well-balanced proportion of green forage not only maintains feed nutritional content but also enhances the taste and increases the intake of pigs. Moreover, fermented green forage contains a variety of probiotics and trace elements, further boosting the pigs' digestion rates and the absorption of trace elements in their bodies! If you think that's all the benefits of the liquid feeding system offers, you're sorely mistaken. Another advantage is that during winter, feeding becomes...Heating. What? Feed heating? That's right, heating. Most farmers are aware that pigs are homeothermic animals, with a body temperature generally maintained around 39 degrees Celsius. Both cold and hot environments can be quite stimulating for them. Feeding pigs in the cold winter can be a challenging task. Small-scale farms often opt to heat the feed by boiling water, but this method not only destroys the nutritional composition of the feed but also wastes time and is quite麻烦. However, the liquid feeding system is different. The water in the feed is heated separately, and when mixed and stirred with the fermented feed, it becomes a warm and gentle feed. Moreover, once the porridge-like feed is in the trough, the pigs eat it quickly, and before the feed temperature drops, they've finished their meal!

The liquid feeding system is fully automated in this regard, maintaining feed temperature during the summer. At around 37 degrees Celsius, the winter feed temperature is maintained between 37-39 degrees. The constant-temperature porridge-like feed not only reduces diarrhea and bloating in pigs but also significantly increases the survival rate of piglets during winter, decreases the incidence of intestinal diseases in piglets. Importantly, these operations can be handled by a single person. The liquid feeding system is simple and convenient to operate, with one-touch feeding, temperature control, timed and measured feeding, and automatic cleaning – it couldn't be more convenient! The entire farm with tens of thousands of pigs can be managed by just eight or nine people. Tell me, hasn't this liquid feeding system been a huge help?
