Heating Area: The furnace is made of stainless steel, with Taiwan heating elements, Japanese high-temperature wires, and high-frequency porcelain joints. The upper furnace has 60 heating elements, and the lower furnace has 42. It has a high power of 40.8 kW, with a Korean DPC digital proportional controller for single-point temperature control, accompanied by a temperature sensor for easy data management. The furnace cylinder is driven by an electric cylinder, allowing for safe and convenient removal of the furnace during power outages or maintenance. 4. Molding Area: Molding length is unlimited within 1220mm, and molding width is 470-720mm. The mold plate is an aluminum alloy water-cooled type with 5 plates, which can be independently removed. It features a quick vacuum tube and water pipe connection for easy mold plate replacement. The mold plate has a specification every 50mm in width, a molding height of 200mm, and a material width of 510-760mm. The bottom mold cylinder is 150×350mm and can be electrically adjusted for height. The mold plate stroke is 320mm, with features such as vibration demolding, multiple demolding blow-off, and delayed blow-off functions. The upper mold cylinder is 125×450mm and can be electrically adjusted for stroke, with features such as independent secondary mold, mold release isolation, and quick push-pull design for the lower and middle gates. 5. Chain Track Transmission: The chain track cover is made from imported 718 steel and precision-machined. The middle and lower plates are precision-machined from domestic 45# steel, with high alignment accuracy and low friction coefficient, ensuring a long service life. The pulling of sheets uses variable frequency control technology,配合 encoder, to input the required length, ensuring fast and accurate pulling. 6. Cooling System: Equipped with 10 Japan Meiji A-100 water spray nozzles, 1 Hitachi 3 horsepower chiller, water-cooled mold plates, and 2 powerful fans. Collection Area: The collection box is designed for mobility, with hand-cranked gear transmission, pneumatic pressing for sheet placement, and precision screw drive for slicing. 8. Vacuum System: Equipped with German Leybold or普旭 vacuum pumps, 4 kW power, with a suction speed of 150-160 m³ per hour. The vacuum cylinder is 0.25 m³. 9.
