The glass bottle production process mainly includes:

① Raw Material Pretreatment. Crush solid raw materials (such as quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) to dry moist materials. Conduct iron removal on iron-containing materials to ensure glass quality.

③ Melting. The glass batch is heated at high temperatures (1550-1600 degrees) in a pool furnace or melting pond, forming a uniform, bubble-free liquid glass that meets the requirements for shaping.

④ Molding. Place the liquid glass into molds to form glass products of the required shapes, such as flat panels, various containers, etc.

⑤ Heat Treatment. Through processes such as annealing and quenching, eliminate or induce internal stresses, phase separation, or crystallization within glass, as well as alter the structural state of the glass.
