Honeycomb inclined tube packing
Honeycomb inclined tube packing is a sedimentation pool filler designed and developed based on the "Shallow Sedimentation" theory. It features a large wet perimeter and a small hydraulic radius, providing good laminar flow during operation. This allows for particle sedimentation without turbulence interference, accelerating the separation of particles from water and shortening the sedimentation distance of the particles.
The inclined tube is not only used for sand removal and rapid sedimentation in water purification, chemical plant wastewater treatment, domestic wastewater treatment plants, coal mine water treatment, coal washing plant water treatment, power plant thickening ponds, tailings water treatment, and paper mill wastewater treatment, but also offers particularly significant benefits for the renovation of water plants and wastewater treatment projects.
II. Features:
This product is made of ethylene propylene copolymer plastic, formed through infrared constant-temperature hot pressing. It features precise dimensions, a large specific surface area, safety, corrosion and aging resistance, smooth wall surfaces, and is easy to clean.
Three
The inclined tube is primarily used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. It has been widely adopted in water supply and drainage projects over the past decade and has become a water treatment device. It boasts a wide application range, high treatment efficiency, and small land occupation. It is suitable for sand removal at intake points, sedimentation of industrial and domestic water supplies, wastewater sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration, etc. It is applicable to both new construction projects and the renovation of existing old ponds, yielding excellent economic benefits.
Straight pipes are mainly used as microbial carriers for high-load biological filters, tower biological filters, submerged biological filters (also known as contact oxidation ponds), and biological rotary disk filters, for the biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage.
