Different fan coil models have varying cooling capacities and air volumes, primarily due to the differing number of fans and the length of the coil heat exchangers used. More fans naturally increase the air volume of the fan coil unit, and an increased length of the coil heat exchanger also expands the corresponding exchange area. Therefore, the cooling or heating capacity will be higher, and the speed will be faster.
The model parameters of the fan coil are the most crucial factor in selecting fan coils. Although they cannot be chosen solely based on the nominal cooling capacity, they at least provide a reference value, making the selection more reliable.
