Can I get a refund after placing an order?
If the express delivery has not been dispatched for any reason, the refund can be cancelled, and the withdrawal amount will be returned within 24 hours.
3. Courier/Logistics Tracking Number Not Updated:
After placing an order, a tracking number will be generated (don't worry if you don't see it right away, sometimes there's system delay). If there's no update on the logistics, it's because the delivery station hasn't been updated yet, or it's just been sent out, or there's a delay in the courier network. If you're in a hurry, please call the courier company directly.

Package weight is as recorded by the official courier after weighing and sent over; our discount platform has no authority to interfere with the weight, but we can provide discount promotions. Provide your waybill number to them.
If assistance with an appeal is needed, please provide photos of the express delivery weight. We will then forward them to the official express delivery company.

After placing an order on CarrierNet, the courier company will arrange a courier to pick up the item. The courier will arrange the pickup route based on the customer's situation to ensure efficiency.

7. Extra charges for overweight/oversized express shipments:

If the shipping weight exceeds the actual order weight, a notification for additional payment will be pushed on the official account. Please make the payment promptly; if payment is not made within 6 hours,The system will intercept returns.
2. If the courier weight is less than the actual ordered weight,Shipping fees will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.If not returned, please provide the order number to customer service and explain the situation.
