DC Torque Motors are a specialized type of brushless permanent magnet synchronous motor. As the load is directly connected to the rotor, no transmission components are required, making torque motors part of the direct drive technology. Torque motors are also known as "frameless" motors, meaning they do not have a housing, bearings, or measurement system. These components are selected by the machine manufacturer based on the required performance, or purchased as a complete set.

This series of torque motors operates smoothly and noiselessly, capable of achieving ultra-low-speed servo operation with the appropriate sensors and drivers. The motor's modular, thin annular structure is particularly suitable for applications with stringent requirements for space and weight. The motors in this series meet operational temperature requirements ranging from -50°C to +85°C.
