Voice coil linear motors, also known as Lorentz motors or scanner motors, are named for their structure resembling a speaker's voice coil. They are fast-reacting direct-drive motors characterized by zero magnetic hysteresis, zero magnetic cogging effect, high frequency response, high acceleration, high speed, good force characteristics, easy control, compact size, and low resolution. Abroad, voice coil motors are regarded as excellent servo drives. Depending on configurations like drive, feedback, controller, and control algorithms, voice coil motors typically achieve a motion frequency of 500-1000Hz, and even higher.

The oscillating voice coil motor utilizes the technology of the rectangular series products, bending them to form an angular positioning, enabling angular oscillation. The RS series can provide an oscillating angle of 90 degrees and a torque of up to 50 N-m. The oscillating voice coil motor products are applied in laser technology for mirror positioners, oscillating valve brakes, oscillating positioning, and flight controllers, involving the semiconductor industry, automation, and aerospace industries. The oscillating voice coil motor is also known as a "galvanometer."

The air-bearing platform uses air-bearing guides for stable operation. This levitation is achieved by pressure air introduced into the bearing cavity, with extremely small pressure relief gaps, ensuring the levitation of the rotating shaft. High speed, zero friction; no wear; no need for lubrication; excellent speed control performance; and silent operation. Due to the many advantages of air-bearing guides, more and more application fields are now replacing conventional mechanical bearings with air bearings.
